Hello, thank you for visiting!

My name is Kara Sue Oestgaard and I am a born and raised Alaskan.  I love this beautiful state especially the winter time and can’t imagine living anywhere else.  I love my dogs and spending time at our little cabin on trapper lake. 

I have had a passion for art my entire life.  I studied fine art in college for a few years and took to watercolors, that’s been my passion for many years, best part is I can paint out at the cabin!  Lately I have been expanding into abstract acrylics, something totally outside of the box for me.  And it has been so much fun!   

My favorite thing to do is blast my music and paint with the great company of my pups!
